Database connection w/ fixed outgoing IPs

If your database connection requires a firewall to accept connections for a certain range of IP addresses, you can enable the Fixed Outgoing IP setting for the database. This setting will route all connections through the following IP addresses:
3.211.79.216 34.231.43.21 52.0.62.232 52.72.38.82 54.90.35.39
By routing through these fixed IPs, it is important to note that connections to the database may be slower. This is due to the additional hop required to connect to your database. It is worth mentioning that our primary app servers are hosted on a cloud platform, which assigns unknown IP addresses to our servers at any given time.
If you are using fixed outgoing IPs with SSH tunnels, please ensure that your SSH tunnel machine is configured to accept traffic from these IP addresses.
We hope you have a seamless and successful connection experience!
