Visit Forgot Password and enter your email address. The request will email you a Pin which is a six-digit code needed to reset your password and create a new one.

Get code from email
Enter six-digit pin
Once the Pin code is accepted you will be sent to create a new password.
Set Password
Enter your new password following these requirements (yes it's annoying but important for security reasons):
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase and lowercase character
- At least one numeric character
- At least one special character (!,@#$, etc.)
The requirement descriptions will turn green once your password is strong enough.
Log in with new credentials
Now you are logged in. All available Tractorscope accounts that use the same email address will be shown. Choose the account you want to access. Enjoy!
